Reformers are motivated to improve the world around them, are often angry at their anger, and work diligently with the world right in front of them. 1s are most likely to have a crushing inner critic whom only they hear, who reminds them of all the ways they, and the world, are imperfect.
This type likely had early voices that were critical, did not allow them to be playful children, and therefore must work to be spontaneous and easygoing on themselves. 1s are, at their best, the people who joyfully improve the world around them.
If 1s wish to grow, they will need to learn how to let things be “good enough”, throw the to-do list to the wind, and re-learn how to have child-like spontaneity and playfulness.
