9: The Peacemaker – The Need for Peace

Peacemakers are motivated to stay numb to their anger by having a withdrawn stance toward life.  9s have difficulty expressing an opinion of their own because of their own need to avoid conflict at all costs, first externally until the internal conflict builds to an unpredictable outburst.

9s were made to feel as though their opinions did not matter and as a result believe that myth their whole lives if they do not learn to assert themselves.  9s are, at their best, non-anxious peacemakers who end conflicts and wars.

If 9s wish to grow, they will need to learn how to be present to conflict within themselves and their environment.  They will have to initiate disagreement and learn to express their own opinion long before it is asked of them.
