Echoes in the Desert is a Lenten daily devotional. Beginning with Ash Wednesday and then through Holy Week and including Easter Sunday.

This devotional pays close attention to echoes of figures and themes between the Hebrew Scriptures and the Greek New Testament. Each day includes a selected passage of Scripture, a reflection, and a prayer, often highlighting a classic figure from church history. Special attention is given to the themes of Deserts, Gardens, the Beatitudes, the Woes, theophanies, Biblical foreshadowing and callbacks, Creation week, and Holy Week.
