Spiritual Direction is neither counseling with a therapist, nor is it sitting down with someone for pastoral advice. It is an ancient art of sitting together with another person, no matter where someone is in their own faith journey, and listening together for what Spirit might be calling them as their “next, right step.”
Our time together will be influenced by the wit and wisdom of the Christian contemplative tradition, the early Patristics (such as Athanasius, the Cappadocians, Maximus the Confessor, etc.), and the Christian mystics (such as Teresa of Avila, St. John of the Cross, Julian of Norwich, Ignatius of Loyola, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, etc.).
Cost: $80 per Session.
Seminars or Retreats, in the form of education or ongoing professional development, are close to my heart. Unless we open ourselves up to new insights and ways of looking at the world, we will be stuck coming up with the same solutions. One of the things I bring to the table is an integrated approach to the perennial problems of the workplace and the world around us.
Topics we can cover include the Enneagram, Systems Theory, Spiral Dynamics, and other things. We can create an event around any one of the four books I have written. Along these same lines might be seminars or retreats for faith communities/workplaces.
Cost: $500 per Event, $1500 for a Weekend Retreat
Fully Alive is a cohort-style online class almost ready to go that focuses on different things over a series of sessions. Over several sessions, it focuses on helping people be “Fully Alive.” It is designed to cause several paradigm shifts based on a more robust, incarnational, mature, and integrative spirituality.
Other classes touch on different spiritual classics, such as Interior Castle by Teresa of Avila, The Showings by Julian of Norwich, The Divine Milieu by Teilhard de Chardin, and more.

Enneagram Sessions are one of my favorite things to do with people. We live in an era when emotional intelligence and self-awareness are highly valued but so rarely taught well.
Using the Enneagram, we can talk through how to give yourself greater compassion as well as others. The Enneagram is deep within my wheelhouse and is, I believe, the most useful framework for the task we all have… getting ourselves out of our ruts and celebrating the best parts of us.
Cost: $500 for five one-hour sessions.
