The 5 Stages of Conflict

Several years ago, I was working at a church that imploded due to the narcissistic abuse of the senior pastor. In the wake of that experience, a series of interim pastors came in to help guide us through the crisis.

One of the most helpful things they shared was the 5 stages of conflict, and how the Christian faith interacts with and contributes wisdom during times of conflict.
